Natalie Halt: Sacred Rebellion

Natalie Halt

A teacher, mentor, and space-holder for women ready to live with more depth, presence, and sovereignty.

Her work is about creating the conditions for remembrance.

A return to what has always lived within the body, waiting to be felt again.

Natalie guides women who feel numb, overstimulated, or quietly disconnected back into a life that feels inhabited, grounded, and true.

Natalie’s path began early, leaving South Carolina at sixteen and carving a spiritual life outside the prescribed lines.

Her journey has been shaped by contrast and devotion:
elite athletics and discipline, years on the path to sommelier touched by alcohol culture, the grief of miscarriages, and the fierce initiation of motherhood.

Alongside lived experience, she immersed herself in the study of women’s spirituality, somatic practice, and subconscious transformation — not as theory, but as survival, inquiry, and devotion.

These experiences became a curriculum of resilience, sovereignty, and reclamation. From this foundation, her work and Sacred Rebellion was born:

A path for women ready to rise from the places they’ve been numbed, flattened, or disconnected.

Her whole practice is rooted in a simple truth:

lasting change happens when we return to the body and honor our inner authority.

The work is guided by five core values:
Sovereignty

Choosing self-leadership over external scripts, while honoring boundaries within community.

Embodiment

Living truth through the body, not just understanding it intellectually.

Devotion

A steady return to what nourishes, again and again.

Transformation

Sustained, meaningful change through gentle, integrated practice.

Presence & Connection

Meeting life and one another with attention, care, and respect.

We listen first here. Advice is offered when it’s wanted, accountability deepens connection, and each woman moves in her own rhythm.

Natalie’s work is grounded in both lived wisdom and formal training.

Her background includes:
  • BA Women's Studies, Religious Studies Minor (Eckerd College)
  • MA (thesis pending) Women's & Gender Studies (USF)
  • E-RYT Yoga Teacher Certification (Prague)
  • Prenatal Yoga certification (Asheville Yoga Center)
  • Sommelier Level 1 (Court of Master Sommeliers)
  • Master-Level Loire-Valley (Wine Scholar Guild)
  • 5 x Certified Alcohol-Free Coach: Mindset, Success, NLP, Hypnosis, and Alcohol-Free Coaching techniques (Euphoric AF)

Working with Natalie is quieter than you might expect

It feels like:
  • You’re met where you are, without being rushed or reshaped
  • There’s structure, but it bends to real life.
  •  You’re witnessed carefully, without anyone trying to fix you.
  • The pace is slow enough so that what changes can actually stay.

Testimonial

“I took part in a 12-week program created, guided, and held by Natalie - and without a doubt, I can say it changed my life. Not through reading more, doing more, or trying harder, but through an embodied experience of being in a circle led by Natalie.

Through her guidance, I learned how to wake up, recognize, shed, and rebirth parts of myself. What’s hard to put into words is best reflected in how profoundly my life evolved during those 12 weeks.

For the first time in my life - showed up in the world as my true self. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Natalie for everything she has held and guided me through over the past three months. And this is only the beginning.

If your life looks good from the outside, but you feel there’s more waiting to be lived… if you want your life to feel as good as it looks, and to fully realize your talents and potential - I truly believe this program can transform your life too.”

"I realized that on the other side of addiction was a life that I didn't want to escape from."
