Natalie Halt
Â
Natalie creates spaces where women remember themselves.
Through ceremony.
Through sisterhood.
Through beauty.
Through honest conversation.
She believes that nothing essential about us is ever lost.
Sometimes we simply need someone to walk beside us while we find our way back.
Natalie left South Carolina when she was sixteen.
Long before Sacred Rebellion was born, she was already searching for a different way to live.
Her path has taken her through elite athletics, years immersed in the world of fine wine, heartbreaking loss through miscarriage, and the profound reshaping that comes with motherhood.
Each season asked something different of her.
Each one brought her closer to herself.
Along the way, she devoted herself to the study of women's spirituality, somatic practice, and the subconscious—not simply to learn, but to understand what it truly means to come home after we've spent years living everywhere but within ourselves.
Today, that lived experience is woven into every ceremony, every gathering, every conversation, and every sisterhood she creates.
Sacred Rebellion was born from that devotion.
A place where women slow down long enough to hear themselves again.
A place where remembering becomes possible.
Sacred Rebellion wasn't created from an idea.
It grew from a life that kept asking Natalie to return to herself.
Today, she offers that same invitation to other women.
Â
A place where women return to themselves—with beauty, sisterhood, and devotion.
Her work is rooted in a simple truth:
Nothing essential about us is ever lost.
We simply forget.
Â
Â
What begins to emerge:
Self-Trust
Learning to hear your own voice again.
Embodiment
Allowing what you know in your heart to become the way you live.
Devotion
Returning, again and again, to what nourishes you.
remeMBRANCE
Sustained, meaningful change through gentle, integrated practice.
SISTERHOOD
Being deeply seen by women who remind you who you are.
We begin by listening.
To your story.
To your body.
To the quiet voice that has been waiting to be heard.
Â

Working with Natalie feels different.Â
You are met exactly where you are.
There is space to breathe.
To listen.
To ask honest questions.
To move at the pace your life allows.
Over time, something begins to soften.
Not because anyone told you who to become...
But because you've remembered who you are.

“I took part in a 12-week program created, guided, and held by Natalie - and without a doubt, I can say it changed my life. Not through reading more, doing more, or trying harder, but through an embodied experience of being in a circle led by Natalie.
Through her guidance, I learned how to wake up, recognize, shed, and rebirth parts of myself. What’s hard to put into words is best reflected in how profoundly my life evolved during those 12 weeks.
For the first time in my life - showed up in the world as my true self. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Natalie for everything she has held and guided me through over the past three months. And this is only the beginning.
If your life looks good from the outside, but you feel there’s more waiting to be lived… if you want your life to feel as good as it looks, and to fully realize your talents and potential - I truly believe this program can transform your life too.”Â
