- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Payroll Plus.
- By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the selected provider.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed bookings or purchases.
7. Delivery of digital products and services

8. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
a) One-on-one consultations
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be refunded or rescheduled.
b) 6-month group coaching program
- This program is non-refundable once purchased.
c) In-person gatherings
- Cancellation terms (if any) will be specified at the time of booking.
If exceptional circumstances arise, we may, at our discretion, offer alternatives such as rescheduling or credit.
9. Intellectual property and copyright
All content on this Website — including text, images, videos, courses, logos, and materials — is owned by Natalie Halt unless stated otherwise.
